isosconnect, a practice management platform for health and wellbeing professionals, faced challenges achieving product-market fit and user acquisition after 18 months in operation. 

I joined to drive growth. My achievements helped secure an InnovateUK grant and private investment for a new product, Raye — a platform connecting consumers with health professionals for multi-disciplinary care.

I then transitioned to Product Management for Raye, leading its development and market launch.

Established strategic partnerships with leading mental health organisations, resulting in the onboarding of the first 100 users.

Lead Gen

Developed and executed a lead generation and nurturing strategy targeting 700 ideal customers, achieving a 25% conversion rate to paying customers.

Authored industry-recognised articles and collaborated with trusted organisations. Led promotional campaigns and hosted webinars with 300+ registrants.

Product

Developed and promoted new features, resulting in a 26% increase in free to paid users.

Raye Product Management 

Research

Conducted extensive user research, including large-scale surveys, market analysis, and 50+ hours of user interviews, to define product-market fit and user needs.

Defined and prioritised key product requirements based on user insights and business goals, identifying pivotal Unique Selling Propositions to differentiate Raye in the market.

AI

Led the design and development of a HIPAA & GDPR-compliant Large Language Model to enhance product functionality and ensure regulatory compliance.

Managed a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and project managers, ensuring agile execution and timely delivery of product milestones.

Iteration

Drove continuous improvement of the existing B2B product through agile sprint planning and prioritisation, enhancing user experience and product performance.
